Florian Engelke

Constantly changing roles for over 15 years Florian has originally studied Physics, been a Research Assistant in Industrial Measurement, a mobile Test Engineer / Manager, a Data Analyst, Scrum Master and has settled in the last years on Data Engineering keeping strong connections to the business side. His main focus is a constant attempt to improve established processes for efficiency and better team work.

He likes to make decisions based on research and experiments that create solutions that run efficiently are maintainable and can evolve in the future. He wants to work in a team in which everyone is heard, believing that every voice enriches the whole. He hates following the process if the only reason to follow it is that it is "the process".
